Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to subscription products purchased through the Benguela Cove UK online store using Shopify purchase options (e.g. “Subscribe & Save”).
Subscription Overview
Some products on our store may be purchased using a subscription purchase option.
By selecting a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries of the selected product according to the delivery frequency chosen at checkout (for example monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly).
Your payment method will be automatically charged before each shipment.
Cancelling a Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
You can cancel by:

To avoid being charged for the next order, cancellations must be made before the next billing date.
Once a subscription order has been processed or dispatched, that shipment cannot be cancelled.
Skipping or Pausing Deliveries
Customers have full control over their subscription and may:

Skip a delivery

Pause a subscription

Change delivery frequency
These changes can be made through your customer account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Changes must be made before the next billing date.
Changing Products in Your Subscription
You may update the wines included in your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
Product substitutions may occur if a specific wine becomes unavailable. If this happens, we will contact you with available alternatives.
Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails:

Our system will automatically attempt to process the payment again.

If payment cannot be completed, your subscription may be paused until payment is successfully processed.
Subscription Refunds
Subscription orders follow the same rules as our Refunds & Returns Policy.
Once a subscription order has been:

Processed, or
-
Dispatched
it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Changes to Subscription Pricing
We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing if necessary due to:

shipping cost increases

tax or regulatory changes
Customers will be notified in advance of any changes affecting their subscription.
