At Leonardslee Wine Estate, Mannings Heath, guests play golf on two world-class courses, taste wines in a purpose-built lounge, and dine at the Vineyard Kitchen — led by Chef Kelly Anne Petersen, whose cooking is rooted in the estate and the seasons of the Sussex countryside.
At Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens, two miles away, the Courtyard offers a private event and dining space within 240 acres of Grade I listed woodland, and Restaurant Interlude — one of the most celebrated restaurants in the South East — is available for exclusive private dinners.
Every format is underpinned by wines made by our own winemaker from our own estates: Benguela Cove in Walker Bay, South Africa, and Leonardslee Family Vineyards in West Sussex, ranked in the 2025 World's Best Vineyards. We do not buy in wines for events.

Accommodation across both estates.
Guests staying overnight can be accommodated across both estates. Mannings Heath offers a nine-bedroom boutique hotel and Fullers Cottage for self-catering groups. Leonardslee House — a Grade II listed property with a Michelin Key — offers ten individually designed rooms within the house itself.
Both properties are two miles apart and can be booked in combination for larger groups, with private transfers arranged between the two.
