Meet Head Chef Annie Badenhorst
Annie has worked alongside Michelin Starred Executive Chef Jean Delport where they both studied together and now work within the Benguela Collection, maintaining an excellent culinary reputation across the collections estates.
Annie’s appetising menus at Benguela Cove’s restaurant, Moody Lagoon, are the heart of fine dining in the Walker Bay region. Annie and Jean share similar philosophies which is translated into every single dish, taking you on a journey through new flavours, textures and ingredients whilst supporting local suppliers.
