I’m the Cellar Master & Winemaker at Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens and Mannings Heath Golf & Wine Estate in Sussex.
I'm based at our sister estate, Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate in South Africa, and will share my tips on how to enjoy and get the most out of the wine experience; what to look for in great wine - and some of the secrets of the winemaker's art.
I’ll be hosting the online wine tasting with Chef Annie Badenhorst, who will be pairing each wonderful wine with a braai BBQ and other South African-style and world dishes. Simple to prepare at home, delicious to eat.
