Only\u003cbr\u003efree run juice fermented in stainless steel was used in the\u003cbr\u003efinal blend to create its delicate taste and originality. 50% of\u003cbr\u003ethe base wines was allowed to go through malolactic\u003cbr\u003efermentation achieve the desired level acidity and balance\u003cbr\u003ewhilst also adding a creamy texture and depth. The final\u003cbr\u003eblend with 3% reserve wine added to it was bottled where it\u003cbr\u003ethen underwent according to the traditional method second\u003cbr\u003efermentation in bottle. This is followed by bottle maturation\u003cbr\u003eof approximately 36 months.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTasting Notes\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRose gold in colour, this sparkling wine enchants with\u003cbr\u003eprominent aromas of red apple, raspberry, peach,\u003cbr\u003ewatermelon, and pomegranate, delicately lifted by violet\u003cbr\u003eundertones. The palate is seductively fresh and persistent,\u003cbr\u003ewith lively bubbles and a fine, soft mousse. Layers of\u003cbr\u003estrawberries and cream, cherry, and sliced grapefruit linger\u003cbr\u003ebeautifully on the finish.
