This is a vintage that captures the class and finesse chardonnay is known for in traditional sparkling wines all over the world. It is the Best Cap Classique in South Africa 2020. Notes of white florals and intricate notes of citrus peel, quince and grapefruit rise to the surface in a fine, vibrant mousse.
